The UK goverment has said it will back open source software for public services. They said that they will adopt it “when it delivers best value for money”.

With so many diffrent open source software includeing Open office, Paint.NET and even Linux OS’s. These are free to download, use and edit the software without worrying about copyrights on the software. meany people use open souce software insted of Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop.

But this could be all talk and it never gets done but if it isn’t the world of open souce may be found by even more people in the UK.
